Daniel Duncan is a 1982 graduate of NC State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. He has years of experience providing accounting and auditing services to a variety of closely-held businesses and organizations; and has worked extensively with retail, construction, non-profits, service, real estate, HUD assisted and manufacturing clients.
Mr. Duncan has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1986. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants
Mr. Duncan currently serves as finance chair (and formerly treasurer) of Gate City Baptist Church, where he is an active member. He also currently serves as treasurer for the Guilford County Wolfpack Club. Mr. Duncan is, and has been, active in numerous trade organizations, and is a member of the Downtown Greensboro Kiwanis Club. Mr. Duncan also serves as a peer review team captain for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Ashe, an accounting and audit practitioner, is a 1994 graduate of UNC Greensboro with a Bachelor of Science in accounting. He has years of experience providing accounting and auditing services to a variety of businesses and organizations, particularly closely-held businesses and not-for-profit entities. He has extensive knowledge of construction contractors and HUD-assisted entities.
Mr. Ashe has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2000. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Ashe has served as treasurer for the Greensboro Jaycees, earning the Board Member of the Year award for 2006, and as a volunteer for the Chrysler Classic of Greensboro PGA Golf Tournament. He is a member of the Greensboro Elks Lodge and has managed and coached multiple youth athletic teams.

Ms. Matthews has 29 years experience providing accounting services to a variety of businesses and organizations. Her work duties include accounting and tax services, annual trial balance closeout and audit fieldwork. She is an active member of Westover Church where she serves on the HOPE Team. She also is a participating member of the triad region NC Homeless Veterans Stand-Down Committee.
